As an independent insurance agent, we represent multiple insurance carriers and work to provide insurance options that best meet your needs. We are not employed by any single insurance company.
All insurance quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final premiums, eligibility, and coverage are determined solely by the insurance carrier after underwriting and may differ from any preliminary quote.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the application process. Failure to disclose or misrepresentation of material facts may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of the policy, or denial of claims.
It is your responsibility to review your policy documents upon receipt to verify that all information is accurate and that the coverage meets your needs. Please notify us immediately if corrections or changes are needed.
Premium payments are due according to the schedule established by the insurance carrier. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation, lapse, or non-renewal of your policy.
Requests to add, remove, or modify coverage are not effective until confirmed in writing by both our agency and, when required, the insurance carrier. Submitting a request does not guarantee that coverage has been changed.
Our agency is available to assist you with the claims process; however, all claim decisions, settlements, and payments are made solely by the insurance carrier in accordance with the terms of your policy.
You consent to receive communications from our agency by phone, email, text message, or mail regarding your insurance policies, renewals, billing, and other service-related matters. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will be collected, used, stored, and disclosed only as permitted by applicable federal and state privacy laws and as necessary to provide insurance services.
Our agency does not guarantee that coverage will be approved, renewed, or available through any specific insurance carrier. Coverage availability is subject to underwriting guidelines and carrier requirements.
Our agency is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, failure to review policy documents, failure to make premium payments, or failure to request needed coverage changes in a timely manner.
Electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic communications are considered legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which our agency is licensed to conduct business.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting or otherwise providing notice to clients.
